How to Choose
Open the server list in game and pick the region closest to where you actually play from. Your characters, clan, and progress are identical on every entry - the region only changes the network path. If two regions look equally close, try both and keep the one that feels smoother.
Signing in always goes through Global no matter which region you play on, so a sign-in that works while your region feels laggy just means you should try a closer entry.
