Bugs happen on every server. What matters is what you do when you find one.
Why report
Reported bugs get fixed before they damage the economy or the ladder. Players who report serious issues responsibly are credited and may be rewarded once a reward program is published; exploiting the same issues is punishable.
Where & how to report
Send reports through the official support contact. A useful report includes:
- What you did, step by step
- What you expected, and what actually happened
- Character and approximate time, so logs can be matched
- A screenshot or video if you have one
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by staff, reproduced where possible, and classified by severity: from cosmetic, through gameplay-affecting, to economy or security-critical. Critical issues take priority. Reporters are kept confidential; we do not publish who reported what.
The hard rule
Finding a bug is fine. Using it is not. Abusing an exploit, or spreading it instead of reporting it, draws punishment scaled to the damage done, up to permanent removal. If you are unsure whether something is a bug or a feature, ask through support before leaning on it.
Follow-up
If you reported something and it seems to have gone nowhere, ask through the same channel; fixes that need a maintenance window can take time to ship, and we would rather tell you the status than leave you guessing.
