These terms govern the use of the L2 Arcanis website and game service. By creating an account or playing, you accept them.
The service
L2 Arcanis is a privately operated, free-to-play Lineage 2 game service. It is provided as-is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private and your email current.
- One person per account at any given time; sharing an account is at your own risk and support cannot arbitrate shared-account disputes.
- Account names and content must not be offensive, impersonating, or misleading.
Conduct
The Server Rules are part of these terms. Cheating, exploiting, botting, harassment, and disruption of the service can result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal, at the operators' discretion.
Virtual items & currency
Gold Coin and all in-game items and currencies are part of the game service. They have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed for money. Purchases fund the operation of the service; see the Payment and Refund Policy for how payments and refunds work.
Content
Names, chat, and content you create in the service must comply with the rules. We may remove content that violates them. You keep ownership of content you submit to the community gallery; by submitting, you grant us permission to display it on the site and in server media.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (payments, disputes, liability) survive.
Changes
Material changes are announced on the News page. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance.
