How do I start playing?
Create an account on this website, then follow the Download page: download the game archive, extract it, and run the launcher. Sign in with your website account and you are in. Download
Does it cost anything to play?
No. Playing is free. An optional Gold Coin Store exists for account extras, and everything it sells is delivered by in-game mail.
What are the server rates?

Accounts
How do I create a game account?
Accounts are created on this website only - there is no in-game account creation. The same username and password sign you in to both the website and the game. Create Account
I forgot my password. What now?
Use Forgot Password on the Sign In page. Recovery is delivered to the email address registered to the account - which is exactly why adding one under Email in the User Panel matters. Sign in
Why should I add an email address?
A registered email enables password recovery and security notifications, and lets you list every account linked to it from Login & Security. Without one, a lost password cannot be recovered automatically.
Connection
Which connection region should I pick?
Pick the region closest to where you actually play from - every region connects to the same world and the same characters, so the choice only affects latency. Connection Regions
The game feels laggy. Can I do anything?
Try a closer region from the in-game server list - switching is instant, and your characters are identical on every entry. If two look equally close, keep the one that feels smoother.
Characters
My character is stuck and cannot move. Help?
Use Unstuck Character in the User Panel: it moves the selected offline character to Town of Giran. Only the position changes - inventory and progression are untouched.
Store & Rewards
What are Gold Coins?
Gold Coins are the store currency, bought at fixed package prices in the User Panel store and delivered by in-game mail to the character you choose at checkout. Payment & Refund Policy
How does Premium work?
Premium Tickets are bought in game with Gold Coins and activated from your inventory. Your remaining premium time shows on the User Panel Dashboard, and the premium rate columns are on the Server Rates page.
How do Vote Rewards and Social Rewards work?
Both live in the User Panel. Voting rewards arrive once the voting sites are connected, and social reward tasks are announced closer to launch - each page already shows exactly what its state is.
Getting Help
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket under Support Tickets in the User Panel. One ticket is active at a time and the queue is answered in order - your ticket shows its live position while it waits.
How do I report a bug?
Open a Support Ticket with the Bug Report category. The Bug Policy explains what makes a report actionable and how exploits are handled. Bug Policy
How do I report another player?
Open a Support Ticket with the Player & Moderation Issue category and include what happened, when, and on which character. The Server Rules state what is and is not allowed. Server Rules
How can I share videos I made on the server?
Submit them under Media Submissions in the User Panel. Approved videos appear in the public Media Gallery with credit to their creator. Media Gallery
