Rules for submitting videos, streams, and other community content to the L2 Arcanis media gallery.
What you can submit
Content you created about L2 Arcanis: videos, stream links, guides, and artwork, hosted on a supported platform (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, or another approved platform).
The rules
- Submit only content you own or have the right to share.
- Content must comply with the Community Guidelines: no hate speech, explicit material, or harassment.
- No content that promotes cheating, exploits, or other servers' commercial offerings.
- Titles and descriptions must be accurate; no misleading thumbnails or claims about the server.
Review & publication
Submissions are reviewed by staff before appearing in the gallery. Statuses run Submitted, Under Review, Approved or Rejected, Published, and Removed; you can follow yours in the user panel, including rejection reasons where provided. Publication is at the operators' discretion, and published content can be removed if it stops meeting these rules.
Rights
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting, you grant L2 Arcanis permission to link, embed, and feature it on the website and in server media, with credit. You can request removal of your own published content at any time.
Rewards
If creator rewards are offered, the active terms are published on the submission page; nothing is owed for a submission unless a published offer says so.
