These guidelines apply to every official L2 Arcanis space: in-game channels, the website, and the Discord server.
The short version
Be someone worth playing with. Rivalry belongs in the game; hostility does not.
Expectations
- Treat players and staff with basic respect, in every language you use.
- No hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks.
- No doxxing or sharing anyone's personal information.
- No spam, scam links, phishing, or malicious files.
- Keep content appropriate: no sexually explicit or shock material in shared spaces.
- English is the common tongue in global channels so moderation can protect everyone; other languages are welcome in private and group channels.
Moderation
Moderators may remove content and restrict access to community spaces. Community restrictions are separate from game punishments, though serious cases can lead to both. If you believe a moderation action was wrong, raise it through the support contact rather than relitigating it in public channels.
