The Grand Olympiad is the classic proving ground: Noblesse fighters meet in ranked arena battles across a weekly cycle, and as each cycle closes the strongest fighter of every class is crowned Hero. To keep the contest about skill, every fighter competes on equipment treated at a maximum of +6.
Competition
Noblesse-only arena battles, daily from 16:00 to 22:00 server time, across a weekly cycle.
Equipment
Every item is treated at a maximum of +6 during competition; actual enchants are never modified.
Standings
Points transfer from the loser to the winner and rank every class across the cycle.
Hero Selection
Each week the strongest fighter of every class, with enough matches and a win, becomes Hero.
Match Rules
Main class only, up to five arena buffs, and participation bound per computer each cycle. Matches need five fighters of a class, nine open fighters, or six teams queued.
How it works
- Joining: register at the Grand Olympiad Manager on a Noblesse character playing its main class. Matches run daily from 16:00 to 22:00 server time and start as soon as the queue reaches the format's minimum: five registered fighters of one class for a class match, nine registered fighters for an open match, or six registered teams for a team match.
- Three battle formats: 1 vs 1 Class (same class on both sides), 1 vs 1 open to all classes, and 3 vs 3 Team - up to 70 matches per fighter each week across the formats.
- Transfer-based scoring: every fighter starts the cycle with 10 points and receives 10 more each Friday. A win takes points from the loser - a fifth of the lower fighter's total, at least 1 and at most 10. Draws and defaults transfer nothing - they are penalized instead: a draw costs each fighter a fifth of their own points and leaving or defaulting a third, both capped at 10.
- Equipment treated at +6: any item enchanted above +6 fights as +6. The advantage above the cap does not follow you into the arena, and the item itself is untouched - outside Olympiad its full enchantment applies as always. The cap reads the enchant level only; elemental attributes and augments apply as they are.
- A level arena: you arrive with your buffs cleared and can take up to five buffs from the arena buffer. The six-slot talisman bracelet stays outside - registration is refused while it is equipped.
- Winners are paid: Olympiad Tokens go to match winners - 50 for class matches, 40 for class-irrelevant matches, and 85 for team matches - and standings settle into further token rewards at each cycle's close.
- Weekly Hero crowning: the cycle ends every Saturday at 22:00 as the evening's games close. The strongest fighter of every class with at least 15 matches and at least one win in the cycle is crowned that class's Hero.
- Fair-play binding: participation is bound per computer, with a limited number of characters per cycle, so one player cannot flood the standings.
Standings settle at each cycle's close: every fighter with at least 15 matches banks settlement points for their finish, claimed at the Grand Olympiad Manager at 1,000 Olympiad Tokens per point.
