10. 10 Deliver

    Bring Tanapi's Order to Tanapi (Orc Town).

11. 11 Complete

    Return to Kakai (Orc Town) to complete the quest.

    Bring Ritual Box

    To the Lord of Flame You've recovered the stolen scepter and delivered it to Seer Tanapi. Now take the ritual box to Pa'agrio Lord Kakai. Target: Pa'agrio Lord Kakai from the quest journal
