   Talk to Casian (Gludio Castle Town).

   Proof of Truth Galate wants proof that you've come on Casian's recommendation. Target: Elder Casian from the quest journal

3. 3 Complete

   Return to Galate (Heine Town) to complete the quest.

   Talk to Galate Heine Town

   Casian's Blue Crystal Casian gives you the blue crystal he received from the water dragon to take as proof for Galate. Return to Galate. Target: Galate from the quest journal
